How to Purchase
First, click the "Purchase Form" found in the Navigation. This will lead you to a form to fill. Fill ALL fields, providing the following details:

* NOTE: ALL fields must be filled and sent in order to process your order. This is very important for us to enable us to follow up on your purchase after you have received your item to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Fill in the case-sensitive image and click 'Send email' and you're done! We will check the availability of your order and get back to you as soon as there is confirmation (no later than 2 weeks).

Once you have emailed us and the item you ordered is confirmed available, we will send you an email confirming your order as well as informing you about the payment details, our bank account number and any the total charges.
Next, payment is to be made within 3 working days (failure to do so would mean your order would automatically be cancelled). Once you have done so, immediately SMS us to inform us so that we can confirm payment. Once payment is confirmed, the item(s) purchased would be shipped out and an invoice / receipt will be emailed to you.
We will deliver the item(s) to you by courier as soon as possible. Items would be sent to the delivery company within 5 working days from the shipping date. Delivery usually takes 1-5 days depending on the delivery company and location for the item(s) to be delivered to.
For item(s) ordered but not received after 7 working days after date of shipping of the item(s), please email / call us, providing us with your purchase details / invoice details and we will look into the matter.
Finally, just wait for your purchased item(s) to arrive at your doorstep.

Warranty
Items sold on Variant Online Shopping Mall does not have a warranty unless otherwise stated.
In case of warranty is available, it begins from the date of the Purchase Invoice. The Warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The Warranty does not cover damages due to abnormal use, misuse and carelessness.
